We were touched by an "angel"

As she walked this earth awhile.

The paths she took were brighter;

Lighted by her soft, sweet smile.

God lent us His special angel

To make our world a better place.

She warmed our hearts, enriched our lives


Helped us to learn His ways.

Then one day He called her,

"Mary, come home to me."

And as she walked into Heaven

We knew she'd been called by Thee.

Touched by an Angel,,,

Never the same!

We'll met again, Mary,

When God calls our name.

Thank you for the things you've done for me.
Happiness walks slowly, with a cane.
Although inside I'm dancing to the moon,
Nearby many obstacles remain.
Kind help like yours those thorny thickets prune.
You are my willing ear, the peaceful sea
On which I sail my thoughts, the quiet tune
Underneath my laughter and my pain.

♥ღ♥ I stood beside your bed last night,
I came to have a peep.
I could see that you were crying,
quietly in your sleep.

I touched you softly
as you brushed away a tear,
"It's me, I haven't left you,
I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here."

I was close to you at breakfast,
I watched you pour coffee,
You were thinking of how much you
were in LOVE with me.

I was with you at the store today,
Your arms were getting sore.
I longed to take your parcels,
I wish I could do more.

I was with you at my grave today,
You tend it with such care.
I want to reassure you,
that I'm not really there.

I walked with you to the house,
as you fumbled for your key.
I gently put my hand on you,
I smiled and said "it's me."

You looked so very tired,
and sank into a chair.
I tried so hard to let you know,
that I was standing there.

It's possible for me to be
so near you everyday.
To say to you with certainty,
"I never went away."

You sat there very quietly, then
smiled, I think you knew,
In the stillness of that evening,
I was very close to you.

The day is over, I smile and watch
you yawning and say
"goodnight, God bless,
I'll see you in the morning."

And when the time is right for you
to cross the brief divide,
I'll rush across to greet you and
we'll stand, side by side.

I have so many things to
show you, there is so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out
then come home to be with me ♥ღ♥

I WANT YOU TO KNOW

A brief moment of darkness
was all that I knew,
before Heaven's Gate
came into my view.

Loved ones and friends
I had missed for many years,
welcomed me with open arms
and many happy tears.

All the hurt, fear and pain
that I have ever known,
is gone from my life,
I am finally home.

I gazed upon the Lord's
sweet smiling face,
and for the first time in my life
I knew and felt His grace.

I know that you miss me,
but please dry your eyes.
I will always be watching and loving you
from my home in the sky.

A cool breeze on your face,
a touch of light rain,
I will send as a reminder
that we will be reunited again.

Life on earth is but one
brief moment in time,
I am finally home,
Eternity is mine.

♥ღ♥ I am going on a journey
To a place I long to go
A land that's filled with angels
Where the peaceful valleys flow.

I have no need for luggage
So I plan to travel light
A first-class trip to heaven
It's a non-returning flight.

There won't be tears of sadness
Sweet blessings I will reap
A torch will burn eternal
And the soul doth never sleep.

I do not need an auto
There is no bus or train
My journey is predestined
And I won't be back again.

No need for food or shelter
Everything I need is there
My home that lies in heaven
Is a joy beyond compare.

I am ready for my venture
Got the voucher in my hand
I'm bound for Zion glory
In that far-off distant land.

I am headed for that City
My flight was paid for me
To a land of peace and beauty
Just beyond the crystal sea.

I soon will have my ticket
There is no need to pack
On a one-way trip to heaven

worlds best dad

hiya dad, its been a lifetime since i saw you but think of you everyday, so pleased to have you on here, when i have problems i always wish you was here cos you always sorted them out for me. loads of things have happened since 1976, you have 7 great grand children aged from 4-19, mum remarried a lovely man a few years after you died, i am still in contact with him. your son ronnie is 60 next week and i am doing him a surprise party, wish you and mum were coming,but i know you will be watching over us. love you loads.Denise..xx
